- Close to the Procurement role
- Will report to the managing director of the client
- Manage end-to-end importation process, including P.O. issuance, coordination with foreign suppliers, and Customs documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of ATRIG, billing, and import records
- Monitor stock levels of imported goods and assist in warehouse receiving when needed
- Resolve shipment issues such as discrepancies or damages with suppliers and partners
- Collaborate with Finance to manage budgets, cost estimates, and timely payments to suppliers
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in dealing with brokers and coordinating with international suppliers
- Graduate of any related course
- Willing to work on site (9 AM-6 PM)
