Import and Export Associate

Job Description
- Manage import/export processes and documentation
- Coordinate with shipping lines and customs authorities
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients
- Prepare shipping documents and handle logistics
- Monitor shipment status and resolve issues
- Analyze shipping costs and optimize operational efficiency
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in import/export operations or logistics.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in the English language.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate import/export documentation, liaise with suppliers and customers, and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with Hybrid Set Up
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
