POSITION OVERVIEW


The Customer Onboarding Specialist is responsible for assisting new clients with updating their PayPal accounts and ensuring a smooth migration to PayPal’s PCP account.


RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide support via email or phone to new clients in updating their PayPal accounts.

· Keep accurate records of customer progress and interactions using excel or google sheets.

· Address basic customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.

· Work closely with the team to ensure seamless account migration.


QUALIFICATIONS

· Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written).

· Attention to detail and organized.

· Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

· High school diploma or equivalent.
