Summary of Role

As our HubSpot Implementation Specialist, you will act as the primary technical lead for a complex, hands-on Marketing Hub Enterprise rollout. You will move our client from legacy systems into a fully optimized, multi-regional environment.

This role requires you to do the work: configuring DNS settings, cleaning massive datasets, rebuilding assets, and establishing strict governance. You will be the technical authority who translates business requirements into a scalable, bilingual (English/French), and compliant HubSpot infrastructure.

Your Impact & What You'll Do

• Engineer the Enterprise Foundation: You will configure the portal for multi-regional operations, managing complex DNS updates, brand domains, and partitioning assets by region to ensure high deliverability and organization.

• Be the Guardian of Compliance: You will configure subscription centers that strictly adhere to both CAN-SPAM (US) and CASL (Canada) regulations, while ensuring all assets meet ADA/AODA accessibility standards.

• Master the Data Strategy: You will execute critical data hygiene. You'll validate emails, map properties across regions, and segment contacts strictly between "Marketing" and "Non-Marketing" to optimize tier pricing.

• Build Scalable Assets: You will deploy foundational template packs and rebuild forms using a TOFU/MOFU/BOFU framework, ensuring they support multi-language content (English/French).

• Develop the Intelligence: You will lead discovery workshops to define "Engagement" and "Fit" criteria, building and tuning manual lead scoring models that align perfectly with lifecycle stages.
