Description
- Assist customers with menu selection and food orders.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education is required; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in food service or as a cashier is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in cash handling, and basic math skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Serve food and beverages, manage cash register operations, and ensure cleanliness of the service area.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires standing for long periods, and may involve weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
