Human Resources Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the recruitment of talent for core positions within the company (including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding process)
• Work closely with hiring departments to understand team needs and develop and optimize recruitment strategies
• Establish and maintain recruitment channels, continuously expanding the talent pool in Web3/technology
• Participate in the management of employee relations, supporting daily communication, conflict resolution, and employee satisfaction enhancement
• Assist in organizing the employee performance evaluation process, supporting salary reviews and promotion processes
• Participate in optimizing human resource management processes and systems, including onboarding and offboarding, attendance, contracts, and basic administrative tasks
