- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct training and development programs.
- Support performance management initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve issues.

- Analyze HR metrics to improve organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and employee relations.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proficiency in HR software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, conduct employee onboarding, and maintain employee records.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with potential for remote work; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, empathetic, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
