- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
- Support onboarding procedures for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate training sessions and development programs.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Provide support in employee relations and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- With 1 year of relevant HR experience
- Knowledgeable in Employee relations
- Knowledgeable in-house Company events
- Knowledgeable in employee exit
- Computer literate
