Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Laguna. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including the administration of HR policies, management of employee benefits, personnel management, and providing support to HR management. The role involves extensive interaction with employees to ensure a positive and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
  • Experience in managing Employee Benefits
  • Proficient in Personnel Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and on-site
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the product and facilities protection industry is a plus
