Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in Training and Development, Performance Management, HR Business Partnering, and Talent Management. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for training and recruitment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
