We are looking for an HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Job Objectives & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for office, warehouse, and manufacturing plant roles.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent and reduce time-to-hire.
- Cultivate strong relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other external partners to source candidates effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies, focusing on employment contracts, employee rights, and benefits.
- Provide legal support in contract negotiation and dispute resolution related to labor and employment matters.
- Stay updated on Philippine labor law changes and industry best practices, ensuring the company’s compliance.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments for all employees.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure payroll aligns with budgets and company policies.
- Manage employee benefits, allowances, and other compensation-related matters effectively.
- Design and implement engagement strategies to enhance employee morale, productivity, and retention.
- Develop initiatives to address attendance and performance issues while fostering a supportive work environment.
- Analyze employee feedback and turnover data to identify trends and proactively address concerns.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to improve team performance, career growth, and leadership capabilities.
- Assess training needs and design programs to address skill gaps, including leadership development for supervisors and managers.
- Promote and implement strategies to foster a positive company culture aligned with organizational goals and values.
- Review and update employment contracts and agreements to ensure clarity, compliance, and protection of company interests.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and department heads, to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to harmonize HR processes, policies, and goals across departments.
- Serve as a liaison between local teams and global stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, fostering collaboration, growth, and high performance.
- Handle complex employee relations matters and resolve conflicts fairly and promptly.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks to drive accountability and excellence across teams.
- Drive organizational change initiatives, such as new processes, policies, and system implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. HR-related certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and employee benefits.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and HR metrics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
