The HR Staff shall be responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of the company which includes assistance on recruitment, provide company and government benefits support and record maintenance for payroll processing such as collecting and verifying employee’s work hours.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
· Provide clerical and administrative support in process documentation for related personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, etc.)
· Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
· Sourcing and conduct initial interview for qualified applicants according to the positions available
· Conducts employee orientation on Company Policies, Rules and Regulations and facilitates the signing of company documents and employment contracts
· Communicates with Head Office with regarding various employee issues, concerns and updates
· Properly assist on labor and employee relations procedures
· Serve Memo for personnel with violations of the Company Policies, Rules and Regulations
· Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource document files and records
· Perform other duties together with the rest of the Human Resources Department.
