Execute and supports the day-to-day operations of the HR department
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
Employee Relations and management. Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
Documenting staff changes, performance reports, and communications.
Processing payroll updates.
Managing communications for the HR department.
Assisting with recruitment. Responsible for recruitment, facilitates screening, interview and exams
Internal and External Relations.

Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Management
At least 1 year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
Knowledge in labor policies and government mandated contributions
With good moral character and professional work ethic
Detail-oriented, diligent and self-motivated
Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and must be able to work with minimal supervision
Willing to work in Valenzuela City
