The position is responsible for supporting the different facets of human resources management such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Organization Development, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management & Talent Development, Employee Discipline and Labor Relations with primary responsibility for providing analytical and operational support to the HR Supervisor and the other department heads. The position will assist the HR Supervisor and will be assigned special projects to support the business while at the same time being trained to handle higher responsibilities in the future.

Key Job Responsibilities 

 

  • Provide support to the organization’s HR department, including recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent development, performance management, payroll, HR systems, and employee relations. 
  • Assist in developing HR strategy and objectives in line with the company goals. 
  • Help translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans through data analytics and use of technology. 
  • Assist in the development of employees and leaders through the use of AI and technology. 
  • Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of all programs and practices including compensation & benefits, against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets. 
  • Assist in guiding management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.  
  • Ensures that HR policies promote industrial peace, comply with labor and regulatory requirements. 
  • Ensures application of Labor standards and government laws/guidelines efficiently and effectively 
  • Assist in organization review to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the individual, team and organization as a whole. 
  • Assist in employee engagement activities to promote employee satisfaction and welfare. 
  • Support the training and development programs for all employees. 


Job Requirements

Preferably Bachelor’s/College Degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Management or any related course 

At least 2   years of experience in HR, Administration and/or related field.
