  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Support employee relations and communication
  • Maintain HR records and documentation
  • Assist in training and development initiatives

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in HR software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assisting in recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting employee relations.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based; typical business hours with occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive information discreetly.
