Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and screening resumes.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation for compliance.
  • Support HR initiatives, such as onboarding and training programs.
  • Answer employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in performance evaluation processes.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles focusing on recruiting and employee relations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Support recruiting efforts, manage employee relations, assist in payroll processing, and administer benefits.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and capable of managing diverse teams.
