Description
- Support recruitment processes, from job postings to interviews.
- Assist in employee onboarding and training programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
- Help resolve employee queries and issues effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in HR roles, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or benefits administration.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, proficiency in HR software, and knowledge of labor laws.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with recruitment, maintain employee records, support performance management, and facilitate onboarding.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours, with occasional overtime as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, empathetic, and adaptable to changing priorities.
