Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interview coordination, initial applicant screening, and handling administrative requirements for background checks and new hire onboarding.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Provide support and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct investigations and help resolve employee relations issues in a fair, consistent, and well-documented manner.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records both physical and digital, while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Prepare HR reports and handle HR data entry as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.


Qualifications:        

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking with minimal supervision.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Knowledgeable in administrative functions, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and sourcing.
