- Maintain employee records (202 files, IDs, contracts, attendance files etc)
- Assist in preparing HR docs such as employment contracts, NTE, NOD, and memos
- Update HR databases (headcount, movements, leave balances, HRIS if any)
- Coordinate with hiring manager for final interview
- Timekeeping, payroll, compenben
