Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage onboarding process, ensuring all onboarding paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records.
  • Organize, file, and retrieve employee documents as needed, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Help manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and assist in resolving issues or concerns from employees.
  • Support the recruitment team as needed or when additional assistance is required, including tasks such as candidate screening, interview scheduling, and other recruitment-related administrative duties.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
  • 2 years experience in the related field
  • Strong knowledge in HR functions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Can start ASAP
