Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR databases and company assets.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Lead sourcing of qualified candidates in multiple platforms.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues.

Requirements

Job Title: HR Specialist/Assistant
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, lead generation, employee relations, talent management, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct candidate screening, manage HR admin tasks, and support employee engagement activities.
Working Conditions: Hybrid, 2x a month only onsite in Pasig, the rest is WFH.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills.
