Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes, maintain HR records, support employee relations, and help administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
  • Support onboarding procedures for new hires and maintain employee records.
  • Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
  • Provide assistance in policy implementation and compliance with labor laws.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and facilitate a positive workplace environment.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students seeking entry-level HR positions.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in Recruiting, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and written communication.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may involve occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, team player, proactive, and compassionate towards employees.
