Description

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Manage recruitment processes, oversee payroll functions, and assist with employee communications.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide support in performance management and employee relations.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Payroll, Recruiting, and Computer applications. Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typical 9-5 schedule.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
