Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes, manage payroll systems, and support benefits administration.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Help implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on recruiting and payroll.
  • Skills and Competencies: Knowledgeable in managing compensation and benefits, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
