Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting applicants
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Facilitate onboarding processes such as orientation, document submission, and contract preparation
• Maintain accurate and updated employee files (201 files)
• Process employee data changes, movements, and updates in the HR system
• Monitor daily attendance, leaves, overtime, and schedule changes
