HR Specialist/Assistant

Job Description
- Maintain employee records and ensure that all documentation complies with legal requirements and organizational policies.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and organizing relevant data.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR-related reports as requested by management.
- Maintain an organized and updated HR filing system.
- Perform other clerical and administrative HR tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Ability to handle multiple HR functions and work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee relations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willing to go on field with different sites.
