Job Requirements (JR)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in training facilitation and mentorship is required.
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office, HRIS, database management).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in preparing duty rosters and managing employee data is an advantage.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct an orientation program for new joiners and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement employee training programs, including mentorship support.
  • Maintain and update employee database and personnel records accurately.
  • Prepare and manage staff duty rosters to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Generate HR reports and provide insights to management when required.
  • Utilize computer systems and HR software effectively for daily tasks.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
