Description
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support performance evaluation and management
- Facilitate employee training and development
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and policies
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, people management, and human resource planning.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, organized, and detail-oriented.
