Position: HR Associate (Batangas)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree of Human Resource, Psychology or any related course
• With atleast 2 years’ experience as HR and Admin
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Willing to work in Lipa, Batangas
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out a range of administrative duties, including updating employee databases and managing the HR department’s emails and files.
• Keep precise records of employee attendance and leave to facilitate accurate payroll processing.
• Provide support to the HR Manager in creating policies, managing recruitment processes, and administering salaries.
• Oversee recruitment tasks such as posting job openings online, reviewing applications, and arranging interview schedules.
• Organize and coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
