Description
- Manages recruitment activities: job postings, screening, interviews, and documentation
- Coordinates with manpower agencies for staffing needs
- Handles timekeeping and attendance monitoring
- Responds to employee inquiries (e.g. clearance, employment status, timekeeping)
- Assists in employee programs and company events
- Performs other HR-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in HR
- Able to work independently or with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Proficient in basic computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software), internet navigation, and email
- Experience working under a manufacturing plant setting is a plus
- Willing to be assigned to San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City
