Description

  • Manages recruitment activities: job postings, screening, interviews, and documentation
  • Coordinates with manpower agencies for staffing needs
  • Handles timekeeping and attendance monitoring
  • Responds to employee inquiries (e.g. clearance, employment status, timekeeping)
  • Assists in employee programs and company events
  • Performs other HR-related tasks as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in HR
  • Able to work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Proficient in basic computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software), internet navigation, and email
  • Experience working under a manufacturing plant setting is a plus
  • Willing to be assigned to San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City
