Description
- Manage the talent acquisition process such as recruits, interviews hire, and train new staff. This includes sourcing applicants, reviewing resumes, conducting and scheduling interviews, hiring, and following up with candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments and training sessions for new employees.
- Compile and process employee documentation and record (201 file), and keep the employee database up to date.
- Assist the management with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- At least 1 year working experience in the same field.
- Has a good interpersonal skills and people oriented.
