- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for new hires.
- Assist in benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, proficiency in HR software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve remote work flexibility.
