Perform recruitment tasks, from crafting job ads to screening and interviewing candidates.
Manage onboarding process and employee orientation to integrate new hires effectively.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Assist with development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support employee relations and address concerns to promote a positive work environment.
Conduct performance management and assist with training and development initiatives.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: Entry level.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, maintain employee records, support training and development, handle grievance procedures, and help in formulating HR policies.
Working Conditions: Office setting, 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
