The HR Officer will be responsible for providing support in various human resource functions, ensuring all operations align with company policies and Philippine labor laws, particularly the regulations set by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). A strong background and experience in the Construction Industry is a significant advantage, particularly in managing site personnel, compliance, and government mandatory benefits.

QUALIFICATION 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology. 
  • At least 2-3 years of Experience as an HR Officer.
  • Experience in Construction or related industry is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge in Philippine Labor Code or DOLE Rules and Regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to deal with a diverse worker.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
