Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientations, exit interviews, and systems access.
Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.
Support recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave, and retirement plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and training programs.
Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Participate in HR audits and compliance reporting.
Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Knowledge in processing documents with PAGCOR and DOLE
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience in iGaming Industry is an advantage
