Description

A.RECRUITMENT & HIRING                                                                     

1. Find ways to hire the right applicants (agency, PESO, job-fair, internet, fb page)

2. Facilitates company orientation for newly hired employees including company profile, benefits & company policies (as support only)

3. Encode to Payroll, enroll to gov’t benefits

4. Introduce new employees to RPT, OM, & OFFICERS

5. Find table set up of new employee

AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES THAT MAY ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH THIS POSITION.

 

B.MONITOR COMPANY DISCIPLINE AND STANDARDS

1. Monitors tardiness and absence memos

2. Monitors infraction memos

3. Forwards to company lawyer for any policy revisions and additions

 

C.GOVT BENEFITS REDUCTION AND MONITOR LOAN APPLICATION – TWO (2) DAYS BEFORE THE CUT-OFF PERIOD

 

1. Update monthly payroll with gov’t reductions to forward to Payroll Officer

2. Monitor agency expenses with accounting dept.

2. Loan applications and pending loans should be monitored

 

D.MASTER PLANTILLA AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT

1. Updates records of master plantilla of office, operations (with numbers, date hired, and other details)

2. Updates list of salaries plus COLA

3. Safekeeping 201 files of employees

4. Maintains & organizes softcopy and hardcopy records

 

A.MONITOR EMPLOYEE EXIT AND CLEARANCE

1. Request for company IDs

2. Monitor the return of ID’s from borrowers/recipient

3. Monitor pending accountabilities and close them, get company ID

4. Ensure on-time release of COE

5. Gather supporting documents for Clearance

6. Withdraw them from gov’t benefits listing

 

B.AGENCY CONCERNS

1. Updates employee salary, pay-slip and 13th month pay.

 

C.RED CROSS AND OTHER BENEFITS

1. Renewal and new application, monitoring of expiry date

 

D.EMPLOYEE EVALUATION (ANNUAL AND SPECIAL)

1. Forward evaluation forms to concerned heads

2. Summarize data and forward to payroll staff as per deadline

 

E. ADDITIONAL DAILY ROUTINE/ TASK

1. Daily round inspection, assigned Employee with schedule task to monitor daily activities

2. Assist Sales Department if there’s group arrival or departure or event functions

3. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

4. Conduct General Assembly meetings and facilitate Employee’s training

1. Close implementation of upper management plans and decisions

2. Close monitoring of subordinates’ works

3. Strong leadership and setting a good example

4. Decisive and able to implement the rules

5. Close attention to details

6. Ability to quickly identify problems and find solutions
