US HR Generalist

Job Description
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems accurately and confidentially.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
- Promote employee engagement and contribute to initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics as needed.
- Manage employee relations issues and work towards resolution.
