Description
- Support recruitment processes from job postings to interviews.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Facilitate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve conflicts.
- Contribute to workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of HR experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, HRIS, payroll processing, and employee relations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, adjustable hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, computer literate, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
