Description
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
- Administer payroll updates, leave management, and employee benefits
- Provide HR support in employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR standards
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an HR role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
