Requirements

• With 7 years years of experience in the Human Resources field, focusing on general HR operations
• With experience in Japanese Company is advantage
• Willing to work in a start up company
• Amenable to attend face to face interview
• Can start as soon as possible 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR and administrative strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Create and enforce HR and admin policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure policies are compliant with legal requirements and reflect the company’s values.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
