Description

  • Analyze organizational change needs and develop tailored HR change management strategies.
  • Design and implement change initiatives related to restructuring, digital transformation, mergers/acquisitions, or cultural change.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, focus groups, and feedback loops to ensure employee buy-in.
  • Create and deliver communications plans and training programs to support organizational change.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers in managing change resistance.
  • Evaluate the impact of change initiatives on business performance and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, business units, and leadership to align change strategies with overall organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report progress, issues, and risks throughout the change lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years specializing in change management.
  • Proven experience in leading change initiatives within medium to large organizations.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step, or Lewin’s Change Model.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and influence across all levels of an organization.
