Job description

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
2. Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
3. Implement HR policies, processes, and company handbook updates.
4. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
5. Manage attendance, timekeeping, and HR documentation..
6. Ensure labor law compliance and maintain HR records.
7. Support management in creating a strong culture and organizational structure.
8. Other matters assigned by Superiors

HR Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or similar .
• With minimum of 5 years experience as Managerial position
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work
• Strong moral and ethical code.
• Strong knowledge of PH labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent administrative skills.
