Position: HR and Admin Manager (URGENT OPENING)

Company Industry: Chemical Manufacturing company

Location: Salcedo Village Makati 

Salary Offer: Php70,000-Php90,000(Open for negotiation)

Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule

Work Set Up: Onsite


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, training, and employee relations.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and other personnel documents in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Has competencies on planning and organizing, problem solving, decision making, leading and controlling.
  • Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Lead and motivate the HR and admin teams to achieve operational excellence.


Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any Business course
  • With at least 7 years managerial experience.
  • Experience on ISO, HACCP, GMP certifications with respect to HR operations is a plus.
  • Amenable to attend interviews
  • Can start as soon as possible

Final Interview: Face to face (General Manger and Vice President)
