Responsible for communicating with clients to understand recruitment needs and develop recruitment plans.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and recommend suitable candidates.
Maintain client relationships, regularly follow up on recruitment progress and candidate status.
Participate in industry research, providing market feedback and recruitment suggestions.
