Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
  •  Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
  •  Oversee performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives
  •  Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
  •  Manage compensation and benefits, including government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE compliance)
  •  Partner with department heads for workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
  •  Maintain HR systems, records, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality
  •  Represent the company in labor relations matters and government dealings

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
  •  Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  •  Preferably with HR experience in manufacturing or FMCG industries
  •  Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines
  •  Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office
  •  Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  •  Willing to work on-site in Cebu
