核心职责
团队搭建：根据销售、工程团队需求，通过本地招聘平台、猎头、行业协会等渠道，完成塞尔维亚本地员工（如工程技术岗、行政岗）及外派人员招聘，保障关键岗位及时到岗；
用工合规：研究塞尔维亚劳动法规（如薪资个税、社保缴纳、劳动合同规范），制定本地化用工制度，处理员工入职、离职、劳动合同纠纷，规避用工风险；
薪酬绩效：结合当地市场行情，优化海外团队薪酬结构（含本地员工与外派人员差异化方案），落地绩效考核机制，联动总部完成薪酬核算与发放；
员工关系：搭建跨文化沟通机制，解决中塞员工协作中的文化差异问题，组织团队建设活动，提升员工归属感；处理员工申诉，维护和谐劳资关系；
人力支持：为外派员工提供落地支持（如签证办理、住宿安排、当地生活指引），对接总部人力资源部门，同步海外人力数据与管理动态。
