3–5 years of experience in HR-related roles - with proven strength in Talent Acquisition & Management.
Autonomous, self-driven, and able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Agile and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Responsibilities:
Leading talent acquisition and employer branding strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier candidates aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
Streamlining end-to-end recruitment processes—from workforce planning, sourcing, and interviewing, to onboarding—to ensure a seamless candidate experience and optimal hiring outcomes.
Enhancing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), company values, and fostering a strong organizational culture.
Developing and refining HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems for efficiency and scalability.
Managing 360-degree feedback, performance reviews, and employee engagement programs to boost satisfaction.
Leading training and development initiatives to improve employee skills and productivity.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
Overseeing compensation, benefits, and well-being programs to support employee welfare.
Managing HR operations, including employee data, documentation, and analytics for strategic decisions.
Implementing retention strategies to reduce turnover and strengthen long-term engagement.
