- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support career development.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: at least 5 years of experience in HR management or supervision.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, performance management, and training development; strong attention to detail; knowledge of payroll systems; adept in employee relations
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and good written and verbal communication skills;
