- Oversees planning, organizing and directing of the HR Department.
- Handles recruitment and selection, human resource information system (HRIS), benefits administration, performance management system and policy writing and analysis, salary administration, attendance timekeeping and employee relation.
- Graduates of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related course.
- Preferably with 20-year work experience in human resource management, training or organizational development.
- With excellent written and oral communication skills
- Result Oriented and with good analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, public relations, marketing and people handling skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willing to assign in Makati
