Description

  • Strategic Alignment – Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, improve performance, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Business Acumen – Understand the business operations, challenges, and goals of the specific units supported.
  • Employee Relations – Manage employee relations issues, provide guidance on performance management, and address conflicts.
  • Change Management – Lead and support organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new structures, processes, or technologies.

  • HR Policy and Compliance – Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coaching and Consultation – Coach managers on effective leadership practices, employee development, and performance management.
  • Data Analysis – Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Communication and Collaboration – Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other HR professionals to build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration.
  • Project Management – Manage HR projects such as performance management cycles, onboarding programs, and talent development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in organizational development and change management.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
