Description

Strategic Alignment – Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, improve performance, and enhance employee engagement.
Business Acumen – Understand the business operations, challenges, and goals of the specific units supported.
Employee Relations – Manage employee relations issues, provide guidance on performance management, and address conflicts.
Change Management – Lead and support organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new structures, processes, or technologies.
Talent Management – Contribute to talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies, ensuring the organization has the right people in the right roles.
HR Policy and Compliance – Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
Coaching and Consultation – Coach managers on effective leadership practices, employee development, and performance management.
Data Analysis – Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Communication and Collaboration – Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other HR professionals to build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration.
Project Management – Manage HR projects such as performance management cycles, onboarding programs, and talent development initiatives.

Requirements
